The Heritage Skills Academy brings together experts from across the Restoration Industry who are committed to teaching the skills required to preserve and restore our Pre-war, Post-war engineering heritage. It is our intention to offer ‘Heritage Engineering Apprenticeships’ across a range of sectors to include veteran, vintage and classic motor vehicles.
All training is delivered from the Centre of Historic Motoring, Bicester Heritage.
This apprenticeship teaches the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours relating to coach-building & trim ranging from vintage to Modern classics.

We are delighted to announce that from April 2020 Heritage Skills Academy will be delivering a national Coachbuilding Apprenticeship Programme from its world-class Academy based at 'Bicester Heritage'. This is in response to the increasing demand for high quality apprenticeship programmes from Heritage employers.
A huge thank you to all of those who helped to get 2020 off to a fantastic start at the first Sunday Scramble at Bicester Heritage.
The site welcomed 6,500 visitors on quite a cold and dull Sunday morning and hopefully it was worth it!
